Booking and Cancellation Policy for Villa Giardino degli Ulivi
To confirm your booking, payment is required via credit card or bank transfer. Once your booking request is received, you will receive a secure payment link through the SumUp platform or bank details if you choose to pay via bank transfer.
Choose Your Preferred Payment Option:
Two-stage Payment:
- 35% of the total amount at the time of booking.
- The remaining 65% must be paid no later than 64 days before the arrival date.
Two-stage Payment (partial at check-in):
- 65% of the total amount at the time of booking.
- The remaining 35% will be settled in person at check-in.
Villa Giardino degli Ulivi – Cancellation Policy
1. Guest-Initiated Cancellations
You may cancel your reservation at any time by notifying us in writing via email at info@villagiardinodegliulivi.it. The cancellation will be effective from the date we receive written notice. The following charges will apply based on the number of days before the scheduled arrival:

We strongly recommend that you obtain comprehensive travel insurance to protect against cancellation risks.
2. Villa-Initiated Cancellations
In the unlikely event we must cancel your booking due to exceptional circumstances (e.g., property damage, force majeure), we will inform you promptly and offer one of the following:
- A full refund of all payments made; or
- An alternative accommodation of comparable standard, if available.
Please note we cannot be held responsible for any additional costs incurred as a result of such cancellations.
3. Booking Modifications
Requests to amend your booking (e.g., dates, guest count) must be submitted in writing. We will do our best to accommodate such changes, subject to availability. An administrative fee may apply.
